artists title:    an inconvenient epitaph

artists basis:   this is a reference to the movie "An Inconvenient Truth" which came out May 24, 2006.  It was narrated by Al Gore, former Vice President of the United States.  Now it is 12 years later, and we have yet to take the action necessary to respond to our environmental crisis.  Our current government are denying the truth and common sense visible around us that we are altering our planet.    It will not be much consolation, if in the future we look back, after our planet is destroyed, to say that AL WAS RIGHT..  Not to us, not to our government officials, not to anyone..

Sadly, our generation will be gone by then, and it will be our grandchildren and great grandchildren that will bear the brunt of our foolish and selfish behavior.
